Availability
Rakuten Broadband Premium is able to offer these services in areas that are covered by NTT East and West.
Customers will need to complete an application with NTT for the desired connection service. NTT Installation and construction will depend on individual location and desired service. For further details, please contact NTT East/NTT West directly.
NTT's ability to provide the connection service and installation time frames needs to be confirmed before an application is made with Rakuten Broadband Premium. When applying for Static IP services, please confirm your FLET'S Service installation date with NTT first.

These services are offered jointly by Rakuten Broadband Premium and NTT. Applications need to be made to Rakuten Broadband Premium and NTT for the desired service.

The Rakuten Broadband Premium FLETS static IP service requires a customer to have a compatible router. These are available from retail outlets.
