How to Sign Up

■New Customers

New customers can sign up online by clicking on the "Sign-up now!" button to the right and we will waive the preliminary fee of 2,000yen Paper-based forms are also available.

Take advantage of NTT Application Assistance When applying for NTT FLET'S Services (excluding FLET'S ISDN) fill out the "NTT Application Assistance" section with the required information and GOL and will submit your application to an authorized NTT reseller on your behalf. Using NTT Application Assistance will require a longer waiting time than arranging the line installation directly with NTT. NTT can be contacted in English at 0120-364-463. If you plan to arrange your line privately with NTT, please DO NOT fill out the "NTT Application Assistance" section of the GOL application form.

If applying with NTT Application Assistance, you will be sent your account information (User-ID and Password) by registered postal mail once an installation date has been scheduled.
If applying without NTT Application Assistance, your account information will be sent out on the next business day after processing.

■Existing GOL Customers

Existing customers can also take advantage of NTT Application Assistance. You will see the option as you apply for FLET'S services through Member's Station as well as on our paper-based application form.

Alternatively, customers can speed the process up by a few days by applying for a FLET'S line directly with NTT first and apply for an access account with GOL when the line has been installed. Your account information (User-ID and Password) will be sent out on the following business day after your application is received.

A Note to Customers

■Changing Service Plans

The GOL FLET'S ADSL and GOL eAccess ADSL are completely different services.
When switching from FLET'S ADSL to eAccess ADSL and vice versa, the current ADSL service must be cancelled before applying up for the new service.

■Billing Notes

For EXISTING Rakuten Broadband Premium Customers changing to FLET'S ADSL service, please be aware that billing begins from the 1st of the following month that you apply. Depending on timing, your new service may be usable before then however.

For NEW Rakuten Broadband Premium Customers billing begins aproximately 10 days from the time that your application is received and the first month's bill is prorated on a daily basis.

■Additional Notes

FLET'S ADSL service can be run over an active NTT phone line (known as Type 1) or an ADSL-dedicated rental line from NTT (known as Type 2). Applying for a Type 2 line requires more time to install and may require permission from your building management. In some cases, you may be asked to provide ID or other proof of residence. Customers interested in Type 2 lines are highly recommended to contact NTT directly before applying for an account with Rakuten Broadband Premium in order to avoid delays and confusion.
