| SPAM (UCE) |
| 1. |
Clients may not send
unsolicited e-mail to anyone. |
| 2. |
The client agrees that he/she/they
are liable for all damages incurred
due to spamming from their account. |
| 3. |
Sending the same or similar
unsolicited email to more than 25 people
and/or FUSION GOL receiving
any complaints from users whether they
be FUSION GOL clients or users
from another domains regarding any
unsolicited email originating from
a FUSION GOL user is considered
spam by FUSION GOL. |
| 4. |
Spamming also includes "mail
bombing" users with multiple email
messages to a single individual that
results in denial of service or excessive
use of FUSION GOL resources. |

| USENET
Abuse |
| 1. |
Clients may not cross-post
to more than 10 newsgroups for any
single post or multiple posts to any
single news group. Also post must be
kept on topic or in accordance with
each news group's FAQ. |
| 2. |
Attempts to cancel messages other
than your own from a news server are
not allowed. |
| 3. |
Clients may not post commercial advertisements
to news groups unless the news group
specifically says in that news group's
FAQ that you are allowed to do so. |
| 4. |
Clients must obtain permission from
the FUSION GOL news administrator
before sending a newgroup or rmgroup
control message to create or remove
an Usenet news group. |
| 5. |
Clients may not use
NNTP "suck
feeds" and/or any other methods
to redistribute news without permission
from the FUSION GOL news administrator. |

| Forging identity |
| 1. |
Clients may not falsify
the origin of any email or postings
to news groups and/or disguise the
senders correct FUSION GOL
address when using FUSION GOL
servers either directly or indirectly
as a means of transport. This includes
subscribing any valid or invalid address
to a mailing list other than the UserID
issued to the client by FUSION GOL. |

Connections that create false routing
patterns are not allowed regardless

FUSION GOL reserves the
right charge for excessive use of system
resources. Excessive use will be determined

The client may be charged for any
damage to hardware and/or software,
lawyer fees, or time of FUSION GOL
staff time required as a result of
any infringement of this policy. |
