1. I would like to change my password.

You can change your password at the "User Settings" page.

2. I forgot/lost my password.

You will have to have your password reissued.

<How To Have Your Password Reissued>
To confirm that the actual user is making the request, the following information is required. They can be sent to Customer Service either by fax or by mail.

- The User-ID of the account you have forgotten / lost the password
- A copy of a legal photo ID (passport / driver's license / etc.)
* If you are a corporate user, a copy of a name card or formal paper that has your company's name is also required.
- A contact phone or fax number
- A phone number, fax number, or address, where you want you password to be reissued (E-mail is not accepted)
