1. What are the FTP server name and my home page address?

FTP Server Name: ftp.gol.com
Home page address: http://www2.gol.com/users/user-id/

2. Can I use CGI, SSI, or Shell?

This feature is only available for corporate users. Please refer to the "Corporate Services" page for more details.

3. I want to make a home page for my company.

You will not be able to make any business-related home page if you are a private user. You can do so if you are a corporate user. Please refer to the "Corporate Services" page for more details.

4. Can I increase my web space?

Personal users will not be able to increase their web space. On the other hand, corporate users will be able to increase their web space. Please refer to the "Corporate Services" page for more details.

5. I upload my page, but it can't be viewed.

You will have to have a file named "index.html" or "index.htm." If you want a file other than "index.html" or "index.htm" to appear, you will have to enter the file name into the address.

6. Suddenly, I'm no longer able to view my home page.

Currently, the bandwidth is not guaranteed for personal user's home pages. Therefore, if there are many people accessing your home page at one time, your page will temporarily be disabled. Your page will be restored in about an hour.

7. What are the usage policies for home pages?
