1. Can I connect more than one computer at one time?

No, you will not be able to connect more than one computer at one time. Please read the
"FUSION GOL End User Agreement."

2. Is automatic disconnecting available?

Yes. If there is no data transfer at all for 20 minutes, your connection will automatically be disconnected.

3. How can I check the amount of time I was connected online?

Please E-mail sales@gol.com.

4. What are the usage policies?

Please refer to the "FUSION GOL End User Agreement."

5. Can I get online with my additional mailbox account?

You will not be able to get connected to the internet with your additional mailbox account. Please connect by using the ID for your parent account (main account).

6. Is 56Kbps supported?

V.90 and x2 are both supported.

7. Is PIAFS supported?

PIAFS version 2.1 is supported.

8. Is Air H supported?

Yes, AirH is supported. Click HERE for details.

9. Is @Freed supported?

Unfortunately, we do not support @Freed.

10. Can I use my account to get a connection from overseas?

You can sign up for the "Global Roaming Service" through the "Member's Station" located on the FUSION GOL website. Please refer to "Global Roaming" on the Support page.
