AIR-EDGE
Usage Guidelines
Required Equipment / Hardware
First, you will need an AIR-EDGE compatible connection device. These come in all shapes and sizes: SD card, USB, standard PC card or Compact Flash (CF). Your notebook or PDA will need to accept one of the before mentioned interfaces.

For support (drivers, installation instructions) on your connection device, please contact the manufacturer. FUSION GOL Technical Support is, regrettably, unable to provide any support regarding hardware/software installation.
Service Area
The service area complies with what is proposed by WILLCOM.
Points of Caution (Applying / Using)
・The AIR-EDGE is not a standalone service. You must have an existing GOL account to attach the AIR-EDGE to.
・You will be given one AIR-EDGE service subscription (from WILLCOM) per GOL account. The PHS number attached to your connection device will be used in the authentication process along with your ID and password. Please be sure that you correctly input the PHS number of the device you will be using to connect to the AIR-EDGE service during application with FUSION GOL.
Connection Speed
The AIR-EDGE does not guarantee advertised speeds. You will be using a non-FUSION GOL network. If you experience unsatisfactory connection speeds, FUSION GOL is void of any responsibility.
Access Points
You may be denied access or charged additional fees if you do not use the access point number that corresponds with the AIR-EDGE service plan you applied for.

DAL (flat rate access point)
No matter where you are in Japan, you will be able to call the same number at the same rate.
These access points are intended for customers that might find themselves outside of the AIR-EDGE Packet Switching service area. If your AIR-EDGE connection device is PIAFS-compatible, you can use these numbers as an alternative to those listed above. Please verify details (service and connection device compatibility) with your local WILLCOM dealership.

FUSION GOL PIAFS Access Points for PHS 64K Line Exchange Systems If your AIR-EDGE connection device is PIAFS compatible, you are free to use any of FUSION GOL’s private access numbers as well.

Because PIAFS PHS 64K is different from AIR-EDGE, normal connection fees will apply.

You can connect to all the access points listed below (with your standard GOL ID and password), but not to the WIZ IT One Number Service.
