* The lag between the monthly settlement date and the billing date...
Please be aware that depending on the credit card company, the time frame between the monthly settlement date and the billing date may differ.
Example: The bill from FUSION GOL in May is printed on the credit card bill for a month later than July (*).
* The time frame will differ between credit card companies. The date of when FUSION GOL billed the credit card will be printed on the credit card bill under "Date Used."

- Credit Card
Due to the lag between the monthly settlement date and the billing date, you may be billed for the usage of the month when you cancelled some time after you actually cancel.

You will last be billed by FUSION GOL on the 27th of the month after you cancel.
- Deposit

Since IP addresses are assigned by the server for GOL FLET'S ADSL and therefore changes every time, you will not be able to set a server with a static IP.

You can connect more than one computer at a time by using a hub and a NAT / NAPT feature supported, PPPoE compatible router. You will not have to use the FLET'S Connection Tool if you use a router.

PPPoE is a type of technology that enables you to get online in a similar way as a dial-up connection, using an ID and password, over an Ethernet.

Usually, you would use a straight cable, but depending on the modem, the type of line you will use differs. Please refer to your modem's manual.

We require SMTP authentication (Auth-SMTP) for all FLET'S ADSL users. You're mail software must support SMTP authentication. Below are some programs that we confirmed support SMTP authentication.
- SMTP Authentication (Auth-SMTP)
This allows outgoing messages to be authenticated just like incoming messages. This will increase security by disallowing unauthorized usage of the mail server.
Confirmed SMTP authentication supported mail software:
- Windows:
Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, Outlook Express 5 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above,
Eudora 5.1, Becky! Internet Mail version 2
- Macintosh:
Outlook Express 5.04 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, OSX Mail, Entourage X, Eudora 5.1
* Click here to see how to setup the above mail programs.
* Click Support for information on other mail programs.

You will not be able to get authenticated if your information registered for the GOL FLET'S ADSL Service and for the NTT Service are different. Please contact NTT at 0120-364-463 to check your registered information.

Generally, if you have a router, it should be compatible. To confirm it's compatibility, please call NTT at 0120-364-463.

-Modems and Routers rented/bought through NTT
Please call NTT at 0120-364-463.
-Modems rented through GOL
Please call the FUSION GOL Customer Center at 0120-987-800 or E-mail us at supporte@gol.com.
-Modems and Routers not rented/bought through NTT/GOL
Please contact the manufacturer of the modem/router you have.

Currently, the 1.5M, 8M, and 12M services support the IP-Phone.

There is an English version available. Please call NTT at 0120-364-463.

If you are using a PPPoE client other than the FLET'S Connection Tool and if the "MTU*" levels are set to more than 1454 Bytes, some homepage may not be viewable. These levels can be easily edited with tools (Dr. TCP.) Please download such a tool before changing the levels.
* MTU (Maximum Transfer Unit): Indicates the maximum packet size for a TCP / IP transmission.
