* Online Sign-up and Member's Station applications require a valid credit card.

* You will be charged a processing fee of 2,100 Yen (tax included) when applying by paper.

[a] - Credit Card
AMEX / DC / GC / Master / Visa / Saison / Million / JCB / Diners / NICOS
[b] - Automatic Withdrawal (from your Bank or Postal account)
This form of payment is only available for selection when applying by paper. If you choose this option, you will be sent additional forms to fill out. Processing for the Automatic Withdrawal option can take 1 to 2 months. In the mean time, you will be sent a payment slip that can be paid at your local convenience store or post office.
[c] - Payment Slip (payable at Convenience Store or Post Office)
This form of payment is only available for selection when applying by paper.
[d] - Direct Wire Transfer
Customers are free to pay their bills by direct bank transfer as well but all associated fees are the customer's responsibility. You may deposit a larger amount of money to cover several months at a time but please be aware that refunds will not be possible even if credit remains on your account when you cancel.

* This information is provided in English for your convenience only. If transferring money from a Japanese bank, account information will be in Japanese. If transferring money from a non-Japanese bank, account information may be represented in a different fashion.

- New customers
New customers (regardless of application method) will receive their account details by registered mail to the mailing address provided on the application form. You will have this before your line in installed.
- Existing customers
Existing customers (regardless of application method) changing to eAccess ADSL will receive a confirmation E-mail in their GOL mailbox which contains all account details except password. Additionally, complete account details (including password) will be sent by registered mail to the mailing address on record. You will have this before your line is installed.

You can change your service plan if you go to "Options and Changes to Your Subscription" in the GOL Member's Station. If you are unable to submit the online application form, you can download a "Service Type Change" form the GOL Forms and fax or mail it to us.
Yes, you can change it on the GOL Member's Station. Your password will not change and you will incur a handling fee of 525 yen (tax included).

You can sign up for an additional mailbox on the GOL Member's Station. The fee is 315 yen (tax included) per month. There is no limit to the number of additional mailboxes per account.

All messages sent to your alias address will be forwarded to your main E-mail address that is registered with us. This is recommended for people who wish to have two E-mail addresses that direct mail to the same inbox. You can sign up or make changes to your alias by going to "Options and Changes to Your Subscription" located in the GOL Member's Station. If you would like to have separate mailboxes for each E-mail address, please consider an additional mailbox.

According to the "FUSION GOL Usage Policy," you are not allowed to give your account to anyone.

For each change, you will be charged a handling fee of 4200 yen (tax included.)
Be sure to check the service area and your new phone line is not fiber optic.

* The lag between the monthly settlement date and the billing date...
Please be aware that depending on the credit card company, the time frame between the monthly settlement date and the billing date may differ.
Example: The bill from FUSION GOL on May is printed on the credit card bill for a month later than July (*).
* The time frame will differ between credit card companies. The date of when FUSION GOL billed the credit card will be printed on the credit card bill under "Date Used."
- Credit Card
Due to the lag between the monthly settlement date and the billing date, you may be billed for the usage of the month when you cancelled some time after you actually cancel.
- Bank Transfer
You will last be billed by FUSION GOL on the 27th of the month after you cancel.
- Deposit
Please deposit the final amount by the 25th of the month after you cancel.
If you pay more than the amount charged, that excess amount you paid will be accredited towards the payment for the month after the next. If you paid in excess enough to cover the next month's payment, you will not be billed until that excess amount is entirely accredited towards your next payments.
- Credit Card Information Change
Go to the GOL Member's Station,and proceed to update.
* This is only for customers currently paying by credit card.
If you are currently paying by automatic bank transfer and would like to change to credit card payment, please download the #Credit Card payment Form" form GOL Forms and either fax or mail it to us.
- Changes to your account information or Changing your payment option to a bank transfer
We will mail you a "Payment Option Change" form. Please write to billing@gol.com to tell us the address where you would like this form to be sent.
* When changing your account information or changing your payment option to a bank transfer, it may take about 1 to 2 months to process the change since we must make agreements with the corresponding monetary institutions. You will receive a bill by E-mail 2 weeks before the first bank transfer payment.
- Credit Card
If you are changing your credit card number or if it expires, you can enter your new credit card information by logging on to the GOL Member's Station or you can download the "Credit Card Payment Request" form from All Applications and either fax or mail it to us. We will resettle your bill in 2 weeks. If you were unable to pay due to any other reason, you can deposit the payment by the end of the month or E-mail billing@gol.com.
* Settlement Problems
In the billing notice that will be sent to you by E-mail, the reason why a settlement was not able to be made will be written under "Settlement Date."
* Common Settlement Errors
Over usage limit, expired credit card, credit card number change due to lost or stolen credit card.
- Bank Transfer
If the transfer was not completed due to insufficient funds, it will be transferred again at the end of the next month.
* If the transfer is not made after 2 months, your service will be suspended. Please watch your balance.
- Deposit
If you deposit a payment right before or after the set payment date, please get a receipt of the deposit and send a copy of it to 03-5276-5325 by fax.
- Credit Card
Please update your new credit card information in the GOL Member's Station or download the "Credit Card payment Form" form GOL Forms and either fax or mail it to us. When the settlement with you new credit card completes, your account status will be restored.
- Bank Transfer
After you make a deposit, please send us a copy of the receipt with your User ID on it by fax to 03-5276-5325.
* After your account is restored, it will take about an hour for you to regain access.

* Note
-All cancellation requests must be received by the 25th of your final month of usage in order to prevent billing of the next month's services. Any requests received after the 25th will result in cancellation occuring at the end of the next month. Please be aware that the usage fee for the final month will not be prorated.
-The final bill will be sent to you the month after you cancel.
* If you want your ADSL line to be uninstalled right away, E-mail sales@gol.com after you have submitted your cancellation form.

Regardless of how you pay, you will be billed for the balance of the final month of usage following cancellation. If you want to pay-off your balance in advance, please E-mail billing@gol.com.
Your credit card will be billed at the end of the month as normal but depending on the system your credit card company uses to process payments and monthly statements, you may see this final billing on a later statement than expected. Be sure to pay attention to the actual billing date before assuming that something is wrong. If you need anything clarified, please E-mail billing@gol.com.

If you need to know exactly when your ADSL line will be deactivated, please inquire to sales@gol.com after you submit the cancellation form.

This is possible if you specify a day at least 5 business days prior to your desired deactivation date.

If you are using a GOL rental modem and no longer have use for it as a result of upgrading your plan, canceling, or exchanging due to defective hardware, please return the modem to the address below. Postage must be paid by the customer.

If you are connecting with GOL eAccess ADSL, you will not have to have SMTP Authentication on. For Global Roaming, you will need SMTP Authentication.
