ipass.comThe GOL Global Roaming Service enables FUSION GOL customers to stay connected when traveling overseas. After registration, your current ID and password can be used to connect to local ISPs in over 160 countries, including coverage in North America, Europe, and Asia! FUSION GOL is proud to be a member of the iPass Inc. Virtual Network to give our customers an even more convenient and comprehensive roaming service. Whether you find yourself overseas on business or pleasure, Internet access is one less thing you need to worry about.

Specialized dialer software is required (not optional) to use of this service. Supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. OS X for the Macintosh is also supported (newer Intel versions of Mac hardware is currently incompatible with iPassConnect software). The software can be downloaded from the Global Roaming Service Support pages.

To Apply

  • Apply Online
    Click the blue Member's Station button on the right side of this page to apply. (For existing customers).

  • FAX/Postal Mail
    Get an application form here and send it back to us after completion by postal mail.

    * Once you sign up, you will never have to worry about renewing. You will only be charged when you actually use the service.

Costs and Conditions

Cost per minute: 30 yen per minute
Minimum charge: 500 yen per month for each month the service is used.
Even if you only connect for a few minutes, you will still be charged the minimum fee of 500 yen.
Global Roaming service fees are not subject to taxation.
You will not be billed for months when the service is not used .

Usage Notes

After returning from abroad, remember to return your PC to normal GOL connection settings.
If you make a connection through Global Roaming service while in Japan, you will still be charged the usage fee.
