If you are using our fixed IP services, we will enable reverse lookups. In other cases, reverse lookups may be possible depending on the conditions for the transfer of authority and other factors. Consult our sales department for further details. |

If you are transferring your domain to another company, please submit it with your request for transfer to another company. If you are simply cancelling your domain, you must submit the notice of cancellation 2 months before your current domain contract expires. |
